The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is an independent, UK wide regulatory body responsible for protecting the public by setting and maintaining standards of professional training, performance and conduct of the healthcare professions it regulates. To do this, they keep a Register of health and care professionals who meet these standards. The HCPC protects professional titles and anyone who uses one of them must be HCPC registered.
